Treacle 3 Molasses (5kg)
Treacle 3 Molasses has more fermentable sugars than Blackstrap and less than Treacle 1 but it offers great depth of flavour. Combining it with white sugar will give you a cleaner rum while using brown sugar will accentuate that deep molasses flavour.
