The Terms and Conditions below stipulate the terms and conditions only for sales directly from Beyond Brewing PTY Ltd. If a product has been purchased from a different re-seller, then you will need to contact them.


We accept all return, provided the item(s) remains unused and in its original condition and or packaging. We will however not be held responsible for freight charges, and you will be issued with a credit note to the value of the item only to purchase another item in our store. No cash refunds will be allowed under any circumstances. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the original delivery date.


All our goods are guaranteed to be free from defect and we guarantee them to function as described. The final outcome of the product the customer produces is solely the customers responsibility. Goods should be used only as intended or you may void your guarantee. Any item found to be defective may be returned to us and we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.


Please note that the majority of items we stock are imported and as such, our prices are linked to the Rand/Dollar exchange rate as well as the constantly fluctuating cost of shipping, clearing and import duties. We do our best to keep prices low while maintaining consistency, but we do need to make adjustments and we reserve the right to do so from time to time, without prior notice.


We accept online Credit card payment, direct bank transfers and cash on collection.  International customers will receive an official Commercial Invoice to make an electronic payment directly into our bank account. Payments need to me made within 3 days (72 hours) of your order being made, or we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice. In the event that your order is cancelled, you will need to re-order.


We only offer 2 shipping methods. You can either choose for us to take care of the shipping for you or you can arrange to collect from our warehouse/store. If you let us handle the shipping, we reserve the right to choose the shipper. Please note that it can take 1-2 days to process your order and delivery can take between 1-4 days from date of shipping. We will only process your order once payment has been received. We do not deliver to farms or rural areas. We will issue a tracking number once your order has been dispatched and you can then track your order online.


Due to the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee that we always have stock available and we cannot hold stock for anyone. All products are sold on a first come, first serve basis.
