GINGER BEER – Makes up to 5L

Add 500g to this packet and make up to 5L of delicious Ginger Beer – Ready to drink in 24-72 hours.

Makes 5L ! Premium Ginger beer. 5% ABV

1. Empty packet into a clean, sanitised container with 500g Brown Sugar

2. Add 4-5L of warm (35°C) water and mix well.

3. Place in a warm place to ferment.

4. Allow CO2 to escape from the fermenter.

5. Mix and serve cold.
