This beer style is very sessionable, Low alcohol and low on bitterness with a lot of residual sweetmness. It is a malt forward beer with flavours of biscuit, rusk and very light chocolate notes. We recommend mashing at 69C for a full body beer. Generally, this beer would have an alcohol level of 3.2%-4%.
