Dried black Mulberries are not just delicious to eat, but can also be used to produce a deeply coloured, rich, fruity and slightly sweet gin, or liqueur.

Mulberry gin is quite similar to “Slow Gin”, a British classic Gin steeped with dark purple sloe berries., tasting vividly of sweet-sour mulberry backed up by the botanicals of a classic London dry gin. Sippable on its own, but better still in one of these three easy cocktails.
