SOUTHERN AROMA – HOPS PELLETS

Southern Aroma is a South African bred aroma, daylight neutral hop whose pedigree is a diploid seedling originating from Saaz and Hallertauer Mittelfrh crossing. The aroma profile includes floral, citrus, black currant, mango, sweet fruits, fields of flowers, and woody/spicy.

A subtle hop with classic noble hop character and a fruity South African terroir backdrop. Works well with classic European and English styles where traditional noble hops may be used, but also with hop-forward beers of American and Belgian origins – classic hop for pilsners and Saisons.
